TERMS
"I", "we/We", "Us/us", "MAHĀNA", all refer to MAHĀNA Beach Apparel
"You/you", "Buyer(s)/buyer(s)", "wholesale customer(s)", refers to the signee of these terms and conditions, you the Wholesale buyer.
Buyers must agree to our Terms for approval and we reserve the right to discontinue sales to stores who fail to comply.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Orders can be made by email, or online via our wholesale portal.
Payments for orders are required to be made via direct deposit (email orders only), credit card, Paypal, or afterpay. Please note: we do not accept cheques.
All orders are charged at the time of shipment.
PRICING
We endeavour to provide fair pricing to our wholesale customers. Price is inclusive of GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on location and amount (weight) ordered. If you would like to place a large order (>60pcs) please contact at support@mahanasurf.com and we can negotiate a rate.
The RRP (recommended retail price) for MAHĀNA recycled beach towels is $69.95 NZD. This price is subject to change, and in this case you will be notified in writing by MAHĀNA Beach Apparel. We recommend you stick to this retail price, to keep consistency across ecommerce and retail.
RETURNS AND FAULTS
In the unlikely event that your towel is faulty or damaged on arrival due to a manufacturing error, or you are sent the incorrect towel, or incorrect quantities we will of course provide a refund or an exchange. Contact us at support@mahanasurf.com with your order number, and photo proof of fault and original Mahāna label.
1. Damaged or defective merchandise, or incorrect quantities must be reported within five days of receipt by the Buyer.
2. If the Buyer on-sells merchandise to their customer, and the customer finds a manufacturing defect, the Buyer can report this to Mahāna Beach Apparel. If photo proof of defect is provided, and it is found to be a manufacturing fault, Mahāna Beach Apparel will replace this item to the Buyer.
3. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.
4. We will not accept a request for refund or credit without proof of purchase or proof of fault.
5. We reserve the right to rejected any claim should we believe the item to be intentionally damaged by the purchaser, or the claim to be untrue.
If your refund request is accepted, we will refund the purchase price by means of: refund to customer's original payment method; store credit; or a replacement Mahāna towel.
TURN-AROUND AND SHIPPING
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MAHĀNA Beach Apparel shall arrange delivery of the Goods to you and you will be responsible for the costs associated with delivery. Wholesale orders do not qualify for retail shipping discounts.
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. All orders are shipped from Tauranga, NZ.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the outbreak of coronavirus causing severe disruptions in local and international delivery, there may be delays in delivery. Please email us at support@mahanasurf.com for updates.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS:
We link with NZ Post to offer simple county-wide shipping.
Economy Courier - Delivery in 2-5 business days.
AUSTRALIA, and OTHER INTERNATIONAL:
We are currently not offering Wholesale to customers outside New Zealand.
RISK OF LOSS
Once the Goods have been delivered and signed by the Buyer all risk of loss is the responsibility of the Buyer.
CHANGES TO TERMS
The Buyer agrees that the MAHĀNA Beach Apparel may amend these terms and conditions at any time. If we make a change to these terms and conditions, then that change will take effect from the date on which we notify the Buyer of such change. The Buyer will be taken to have accepted such changes if the Buyer orders further products from MAHĀNA Beach Apparel.
TERMINATION
MAHĀNA Beach Apparel may terminate this contract at any time by giving written notice. MAHĀNA Beach Apparel shall not be liable to any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such termination.
