Q: How do I apply to become a wholesale stockist?
A: Thank you for you interest! Please read our terms and info here, and fill out an application here. We will get back to you ASAP.
Q: Where do I log into my wholesale account?
A: On our website https://mahanasurf.com/ you will be able to login in the top right corner (little person) or in the footer "WHOLESALE LOGIN).
Q: Where can I see my order history?
A: Once logged in, go to your account by clicking the little person graphic in the top right corner (header). This will take you to your account dashboard, and order history.
Q: My account activation email has expired!
A: Unfortunately these expire after a little while but not a problem, please email us at support@mahanasurf.com and we'll send you a new one.
Q: My password's not working! The password reset says I have no account?
A: Firstly, please double check that you're using your correct email to login, you'll find it in your activation email. If you're using the correct email and your password's still not working, please reset your password by clicking the "reset your password" button. If you're still having problems logging in feel free to email us at support@mahanasurf.com and we can send you a password reset email or check what email address is attached to your account.
Q: Do you have a minimum order value?
A: We are a small growing business and currently do not have a minimum order value. You can order as little or as many as you like, but for orders greater than 60pcs please get in touch with us at support@mahanasurf.com to streamline the process.
Q: Can I pickup my order?
A: We do not currently offer pickup.
Q: I can't remember my login details?
A: Go ahead and email us at support@mahanasurf.com and we can send you a password reset email and/or check what email address is attached to your account.
Q: I ordered the wrong quantity - please help!
A: If you have made a mistake with your order and you require a different quantity, please email us ASAP at support@mahanasurf.com and we can adjust your order before it is packed and shipped. If your order has already been shipped before you get in touch with us, then we will require you to cover shipping for exchanging the stock.
Q: Do you offer 30-Day Accounts?
A: We are a small business, and currently only offer wholesale on a pay as you order basis.
Q: Do you barcode your products?
A: Our products don't have barcodes. If you require our stock to be barcoded, please email us at support@mahanasurf.com.
Q: Do you have displays for your products?
A: Currently we do not have displays available.
Q: How do your products come packaged?
A: We send our beach towels rolled to approx. dimensions 110x90x210mm. Each towel is wrapped in a branded brown paper wrap, with details of dimensions, fabric makeup and gsm, and other manufacturing details. On the back, we have a sticker label with the towel's front and back design.
