Returns Policy

RETURNS

We love our towels, and we know you will too! If you are not entirely happy, however, you may return your item for a full refund of the purchase price to the original payment method, provided it meets the below criteria:

1. Item must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. 

2. Purchases on holiday promotions and sales are non-refundable.

3. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

4. Shipping, handling and any sales tax or customs duties are non-refundable. (We will refund the purchase price only, we ask you to cover shipping and other costs). 

5. Proof of purchase and order # must be provided. 

6. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days from purchase date. 

We will process the refund once the return item is received back at our warehouse, and the above conditions are met.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@mahanasurf.com with your order number. We will provide shipping details and begin the return process. 

 

FAULTS

 

In the unlikely event that your towel is faulty or damaged on arrival due to a manufacturing error, or you are sent the incorrect towel, we will of course provide a refund or an exchange. Contact us at support@mahanasurf.com with your order number, and photo proof of fault and original Mahāna label.

1. We will not accept a request for refund after 90 days from purchase date.

2. We will not accept a request for refund without proof of purchase or proof of fault. 

3. We reserve the right to rejected any claim should we believe the item to be intentionally damaged by the purchaser, or the claim to be untrue. 

If your refund request is accepted, we will refund the purchase price by means of: refund to customer's original payment method; store credit; or a replacement Mahāna towel of your choice.
